Meet Our Founder
Danny Falligant
Danny Falligant is a seasoned expert in the oil and gas industry. During his 13 year tenure at BP and BPX Energy, Danny developed a passion for innovation, automation, and process optimization. He has managed large-scale projects and diverse teams across departments and functions in support of industry growth and change. Danny has a history of streamlining processes, reducing costs, and driving innovation, but most importantly, he creates synergy between people, systems, and projects to produce results.
It was during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic that Danny elected to leave BPX Energy to start Adaptive Edge, LLC, a company whose mission is to serve clients by transforming their enterprise and adapting to new ways of working on the cutting edge of technology.
Danny lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife Lindsay and their two sons, Jack and Henry. When he’s not working, Danny enjoys gardening, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
Danny holds a BA in Finance and BA in Construction Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.
Liz Waters
Vice President of Resource Planning
Liz Waters is an Energy Land Professional specializing in land analysis, process optimization, and software implementation. She joined the Adaptive Edge team in 2021 after spending nearly 12 years at BP and BPX Energy. Her expertise includes Division Order, generating process efficiencies, software implementation, and digitizing projects in both the Division Order and Lease Administration spaces.
At Adaptive Edge, Liz excels at bridging the gap between complex data and actionable solutions. She partners with clients to tackle challenges like file digitization, system implementation and integration, and business process improvements, ensuring seamless transitions and enhanced workflows. With a deep understanding of land management systems, she supports projects ranging from metadata optimization to the implementation of advanced software, driving efficiency gains and sustainable outcomes for clients.
Liz lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband Cliff and their two young sons, Cody and Wesley. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, the Colorado outdoors, and anything in the way of arts & crafts.
A University of Texas alumna, Liz holds a BS in Public Relations from the Moody College of Communication and a Business Foundations Certificate from the McCombs School of Business.
Lynde Adamcik
Vice President of Operations
Lynde Adamcik is a Land Professional with extensive experience in project management, technology integration, and process improvement. Prior to joining Adaptive Edge in 2021, Lynde spent 12 years at BP and BPX Energy, where she managed cross-team collaborations and innovation initiatives to drive process efficiencies. She also led large-scale M&A activities for Land Administration involving process handover optimization, data conversion, and system integrations.
At Adaptive Edge, Lynde leverages her extensive experience to develop strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of impactful solutions. She works closely with clients to implement tailored strategies, including file digitization, system integration, and process optimization. Her efforts have contributed to measurable client success, such as significant cost savings, reclaimed hours, and operational efficiencies.
Lynde lives in Katy, Texas, with her husband, Austin, and their two children, Brynnley and Cohen. Her time outside of work is spent with her family, attempting to garden in the Texas heat, and chasing her kids around with a camera.
Lynde holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and a Petroleum Land Management Certification from the University of Houston.
Emily Davidson
Senior Consultant
Emily Davidson is a seasoned Land Professional with a decade of expertise in land administration, strategic planning, and technology implementation. Emily joined Adaptive Edge in 2023. Before joining Adaptive Edge, she spent most of her career at BHP, where she led process improvement initiatives, conducted interactive technical trainings, and mentored team members to foster a culture of growth and collaboration. Specializing in land management systems, Emily focuses on process optimization, data migration, and system integration. Recognized for her strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, she is dedicated to driving innovation and operational excellence.
Emily lives in Katy, Texas, with her husband, Tyler, and their two daughters, Jennings and Taylor. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors through hiking and biking, and she is an avid reader.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University.
