About us

The energy industry is 5-10 years behind other major sectors in technology, and the average Land department is 20 years behind that, dealing with physical file rooms, antiquated processes, archaic technology, poor data, and outdated job responsibilities.

The Land discipline is the backbone of the entire company, but it simply doesn’t work as well when the joints need to be realigned. The way that the market and institutional investors measure oil and gas companies is changing; the way we measure ourselves needs to change as well.

About1.jpg

Empowering the curious to achieve unparalleled value from their people, systems, and processes.

We do this by:

  • Creating a mindset shift in leaders and their teams to produce a structurally new approach to their work, unlocking the real value of human capital.

  • Root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to resolve the truth behind gaps and breakdowns.

  • Process optimization through defect tracking and elimination. We help discover the bugs and defects in current processes to realize true efficiency in time and money.

  • Eliminate Red & Yellow Work to allow more time for staff to focus on value driven work, the Green Work.

  • Implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate menial, time-consuming tasks.

  • Constructing operating mechanisms to prevent failures in critical workflows.

  • Integrating technology, people, and processes to realize true effectiveness.

  • Developing valuable metrics and KPIs to present the truth in operations, encompassing shortened feedback loops for performance fine-tuning.
